GHCF AGM 2025 voting results

Thanks to all members of the Gabriola Health Care Foundation for participating in our online Annual General Meeting, which concluded Tues., Dec. 9 at 4 p.m.

Voting is now complete. Here are the results:

Motion 1:
Moved that the minutes of the 2024 AGM be approved.
APPROVED

Motion 2:
That the 2025 slate of directors as nominated by the nominating committee be elected.
The nominated slate is:

·       Harvey Graham

·       William (Sam) Shaw

·       Jeff Turkington

The GHCF extends a warm welcome to our newest Board directors, Sam Shaw and Jeff Turkington, and we express our gratitude to long-time member Harvey Graham for agreeing to continue to serve on the Board.
